1. Purchasing process
All products offered on this website are marketed by Wealth and Art. The purchase process is 100% online and secure. Once the product has been selected, the user must provide contact and shipping details, expressly accept these conditions and make the payment using the methods available in the shop.
Before finalising the order, the customer must expressly accept this policy by means of a checkbox next to the payment button. This policy is also accessible from the footer and from the checkout screen.
2. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made without justification during a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
In order to exercise this right, the customer must communicate his decision in writing by e-mail to info@riquezayarte.com indicating the order number and personal details. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Return costs:
- The customer shall bear the shipping costs of the return, unless there is an error or defect in the product received.
Once the returned product has been received and its condition has been verified, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the amount paid, excluding initial shipping costs, if any, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to personalised or made-to-measure products, or in the cases legally contemplated in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
4. Cancellation policy
Once the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, it is processed immediately. If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@riquezayarte.com. If the order has already been shipped, the above return policy will apply.
5. Delivery policy
Orders are processed and shipped within a timeframe of 24-48 working hours from confirmation of payment.
- Estimated delivery time: on 2 and 3 working days since dispatch.
- Shipping cost: will be clearly displayed in the checkout process before payment. If there are free shipping promotions, these will also be indicated in the shop.
In the event of exceptional delays on the part of the courier company or external circumstances, the customer will be duly informed.
